So what is it ?

How can I use Aloe Vera ?

You can use Aloe Vera gel for just about anything. Provided you know in what form! Indeed, the part between the gel and the leaf, which is called Aloin, must not be consumed! You risk for example laxative problems or abdominal cramp, dehydration … So be sure to choose your Aloe gel pure without Aloin. The consumption of the leaf is also not preconditioned.
